1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing our website, software products, or consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platforms.
2. Scope of Services
Bytebinders Tech Solution Company provides custom software development, mobile application builds, corporate branding, ICT educational programs (ByteDemy), and enterprise IT infrastructure configuration across Nigeria.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom client project source code, brand assets, and deliverables developed under a contract will be transferred to the client upon full project settlement. Platform templates, proprietary architectures, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Bytebinders Tech Solutions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bytebinders shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting failures, telecommunication downtime, or client misuse of software products.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
